Orders & delivery
How long will it take to receive my order?
Our standard timeframe for delivery is approximately 3-4 weeks. However, if the products you've selected are available from our existing stock, we will ship your order within 1 week! Once we ship the orders, it takes around 3-5 days to arrive.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we ship internationally to many countries. Please note that additional customs fees may apply.
How much is the delivery fee?
Shipping rates are 7€ to Europe, 12€ worldwide. If your order is over 98€, we offer free delivery (applicable for both Europe and worldwide). Full details are on our delivery page.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery online.
Returns
Can I return or exchange an item if I'm not satisfied?
Yes, we offer a hassle-free return and exchange policy. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply contact us within 30 days for a refund or exchange.
Visiting us
Can I come see your collection in person?
Yes! We have a showroom in the center of Utrecht. Reach out to us by email or instagram to schedule your visit.
