1) COSTS

• World: 12€
• Free shipping on orders over 98€

2) DELIVERY TIME

Our standard timeframe for delivery is approximately 3-4 weeks. However, if the products you've selected are available from our stock, we will ship your order within 1 week!

Everything is printed by hand in small quantities, so the delivery times we show are estimates based on our stock at that moment — an indication, not a promise. Orders with several items are shipped together, in one parcel, once everything is ready. If anything changes, we will let you know by email.

Once we ship the orders, it typically takes:

• 3-5 business days within Europe
• 4-8 business days outside of Europe

3) ORDER TRACKING

You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped, including your tracking number so you can see the processing status of your order.

IN-PERSON PICKUP

We are based in Utrecht, Netherlands. If you choose in-person pickup, we will contact you (by email or phone number) to agree on a pick up time and place once your order is ready.
