Returns

If a Product delivered by the Company is defective or not in accordance with the order, the Client may notify the Company by email ([email protected]) specifying the non-conformity of the Product to their order, or the defects observed, within a maximum of 30 (thirty) days from the date of delivery of the said Product, accompanied by proof of purchase (order form or invoice).

At the Client's choice, the Company may:

either proceed with the refund of the Product price (return costs are at the cost of the Client, re-shipping at the cost of the Company) or, if possible, exchange the product, within the limits of available stock. It is the Client's responsibility to specify this choice in the aforementioned email. Failing this, the Company will proceed with a refund.

This warranty does not apply to defects caused by the Client's use of the Product in a manner not consistent with its normal use, nor to the aforementioned conformity guarantee after the expiration of the specified time limit. It is the Client's responsibility to ensure that the conditions for returning the Product to the Company will be similar to those of the initial shipment, in order to cover the risks of loss or deterioration of the Product, which are solely the responsibility of the Client.

The Products offered for sale by the Company comply with the applicable Dutch legislation at the time of the order date. It is the responsibility of each Client located outside the Netherlands territory to check with the competent local authorities regarding the possibilities of importing and using each of the Products they intend to order, as well as their compliance with the legislation in force in the relevant country of delivery. Consequently, the Seller's liability cannot be engaged in the event of non-compliance of one or more ordered Product(s) with the local regulations of said country.

Right of Withdrawal / Refund - Exchange

In accordance with the applicable legislation, the Client has a period of 14 (fourteen) days from the receipt of the Product(s) to exercise their right of withdrawal without having to justify their decision. In the case of ordering multiple products, the withdrawal period will begin upon receipt of the last ordered product.

To exercise their right of withdrawal, the Client must notify their decision within the aforementioned period by email to [email protected], accompanied by proof of purchase (order form or invoice).

The concerned Product(s) must be returned by the Client, at their expense and within 14 (fourteen) days from the exercise of the right of withdrawal, to the following address:

In the event of withdrawal, the Product(s) must be returned to the Company in their packaging, and in any event in their original condition (i.e., in new condition, allowing the Company to offer the Products for sale again). Consequently, any damaged product will not be accepted for return or refunded by the Company.

Furthermore, incomplete, damaged, or soiled returned Product(s) will not be eligible for a full refund, nor will they be exchanged by the Company.

Refund

The refund owed by the Company, as per the articles above, will be processed within 14 (fourteen) days following the date on which the Client informed the Company of the receipt of the defective and/or returned Product(s) and/or the Product(s) returned, by crediting the Client's bank account used for the corresponding order payment.

The refund will only cover the selling price of the concerned Product(s), excluding initial shipping and return costs, which will actually be borne by the Client if the return of the Product(s) is subject to:

the right of withdrawal exercised by the Client a product exchange request previously confirmed by the Company.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially released. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
