What is Sao Machine?
We (Sao Machine) have a mission: to provide you with Effortless Seduction.
What is Sao Machine, you ask?
Sao comes from the Chinese 騷 (Sāo) which has a range of meaning from coquettish to slutty. Our favorite meaning? Seductive.
Why us, you wonder?
In all the places we've lived, we've met friends from all over the world who inspired us to live a life of Effortless Seduction.
How do we do it, you demand?
We design and handprint clothes (and other goods) inspired by the many cultures we are made of. We use recycled materials, and we use no plastic in our packages. All our goods are built to waken, enhance and sublimate the Sao Machine in you.

We work in batches, meaning:
We open for orders every 20th to 30th of every month
Everything we do is handmade, so we only deal in small quantities, so we can focus on a selected clientele seeking Effortless Seduction.
We deliver orders every 7th of the following month
After receiving your orders, we produce for one week, and ship them all on the 7th.

How long will it take to receive my order?
As we work in batch, you can place an order between the 20th and 30th of any month, and we will ship your order the 7th of the following month. Shipping times generally ranges from 3-7 days.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we ship internationally to many countries. Please note that additional customs fees may apply.
How much is the delivery fee?
Shipping rates are 7€ to Europe, 12€ worldwide. If your order is over 100€, we offer free delivery (applicable for both Europe and worldwide).
How can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery online.
Can I return or exchange an item if I'm not satisfied?
Yes, we offer a hassle-free return and exchange policy. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply contact us within 30 days for a refund or exchange.
